Kryolan Tuplast is a product designed for make-up artists to create highly realistic scars and skin abnormalities . The formula of Tuplast is based on a synthetic material which is also used in dental medicine. Apply Tuplast straight from its stick, it can be safely worked with a spatula once it has started to dry. After the product is completely dried, scars and other skin abnormalities created with it will be water repellent . They can be safely removed by scratching them off.

Supracolor and Dermacolor products are particularly effective for make-up creations made with Tuplast . Since Tuplast contains a strong acetone component, use caution when using it near mucous membranes or eyes.
