Once handed over to the courier, delivery times and the outcome of the delivery depend on the carrier.

In case of shipping issues, our customer service is always available to provide support.

• Possible slight surcharge for orders over 3 kg
• Cash on delivery available:
• Shipping €6.00 + cash on delivery fee €4.50 = total €10.50
• Estimated delivery times by the carrier:
• 1–2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)
• 2–3 business days for Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria
• Trackable shipping

SDA Poste Italiane Express Courier

• Delivery to the indicated address
• Cost: €5.50 (up to 2 kg) - (free for orders over €80.00)
• Estimated delivery times by the carrier:
• 1–3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)
• 2–3 business days for Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria
• Trackable shipping

GLS Express Courier

• Delivery to the indicated address
• Cost: €6.50
• Sicily and Sardinia: €7.50
• Possible slight surcharge for orders over 3 kg
  
• Estimated delivery times by the carrier:
• 1–2 business days, islands 3–4 days (excluding holidays and weekends)
• Handling of absent recipient:
• For shipments within 3 kg, if the recipient is absent, the package is left at a GLS pickup point within 3 km
• If a pickup point is not available within 3 km, a second delivery attempt is made
• Trackable shipping
• Same-day shipping for orders received by 12:30 PM
