Sacadranca Loyalty Points

The Sacadranca Loyalty Points program allows registered customers to accumulate points and use them to redeem discounts on subsequent purchases made on Sacadranca.

Points are linked to the customer account and can be viewed and used by accessing the Loyalty Points section of your Sacadranca account.

How to access your points

To view your points balance, redeem rewards, or check available discount codes:

log in to your Sacadranca customer account;
open the Loyalty Points section;
check the available balance;
choose a reward from those available;
use the generated code according to the indicated conditions.

Rewards already redeemed, used, or expired can be viewed in the My Rewards section.

How to earn points

You can earn Sacadranca points through the activities listed below.

Account creation

By creating a Sacadranca customer account, you will receive 10 points.

Points are awarded only once per account.

Birthday

If your birthday is correctly registered in your account, you will receive 15 points on your birthday.

For proper use of the program, entering a date within the next 30 days may not entitle you to points for the current birthday. In that case, points may be awarded from the next birthday.

The birthday can be used only once for the purpose of the points program.

Purchases on Sacadranca

With purchases made on Sacadranca, you can earn 1 point for every €1 spent.

Points are calculated on the order amount according to the program's technical rules and may be rounded down.

Example: for a spend of €20.70, 20 points may be credited.

Points crediting may require technical processing times and is recognized for valid orders, not cancelled and not subject to irregular behavior.

Invite a friend

The Sacadranca Loyalty Points program also includes a referral function.

You can invite a friend by sharing your invitation link from the dedicated areas of your customer account or from Sacadranca communications where available.

Reward for the invited person

The invited friend receives 10 points by registering via the received referral link.

Reward for the inviter

The inviter receives 15 points after the invited friend has completed their first valid order.

The referral reward is recognized only if the system can correctly link the registration and the order to the invitation link used.

Sacadranca reserves the right to verify any abnormal, duplicate, or non-compliant uses of the referral program.

Referral point values may vary during promotional campaigns, events, fairs, special periods, or temporary initiatives decided by Sacadranca. The valid conditions will be those communicated at the time of the initiative.

How to use points

Points can be redeemed from the Loyalty Points section of your customer account.

The currently provided rewards are:

200 points	€8 Discount	Valid on orders of at least €70

Once a reward is redeemed, the system generates a discount code that can be used according to the indicated conditions.

Discount codes obtained through points may be subject to technical conditions, usage limits, minimum amounts, expiry dates, or incompatibility with other promotions, if provided by the system at the time of use.

Where to see balance and rewards

By accessing the Loyalty Points section of your customer account, you can view:

available points balance;
redeemable rewards;
generated discount codes;
available, used, or expired rewards.

For technical reasons, the complete history of point movements may not always be directly visible from the customer account.

You can request a summary of point movements at any time by contacting Sacadranca customer support and providing the email associated with your account.

Points validity

Sacadranca points are valid for 6 months.

If no new points are earned and no accumulated points are used for a period of 6 months, the points on the account may expire and be removed.

Sacadranca may send reminder communications before points expire, when technically available.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

In case of cancellation, return, or refund, points linked to the order may be removed, cancelled, or recalculated.

In particular:

if an order is cancelled, the points earned with that order may be deducted from the balance;
if an order is returned and refunded, the points earned with that order may be deducted from the balance;
if a customer uses points to generate a discount and subsequently cancels or returns the order, the points used may not be automatically restored;
any adjustments may require technical synchronization times.

Sacadranca reserves the right to manually verify particular cases to maintain the correct points balance.

Correct use of the program

The Sacadranca Loyalty Points program is designed to reward registered customers and encourage future purchases.

Improper use, abuse attempts, creation of multiple accounts to obtain extra points, fictitious referrals, simulated orders, or behavior not compliant with the spirit of the program are not permitted.

In case of suspicious activities, Sacadranca may suspend, correct, or cancel the points associated with the affected account.

Program modifications

Sacadranca may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Points program, point accumulation methods, redemption thresholds, available rewards, and terms of use.

Any changes will be applied in compliance with the published conditions and the technical functionalities available at the time.
