Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return following the conditions below.

Return form

To ensure proper handling of your return, please complete the return form and include it in your package.

Return request deadlines

  • In case of damaged or defective product, the customer must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • For any other reason, the return request must be made within 14 days of the order being shipped.

Requests received after the deadlines indicated may not be accepted.

Return label

Once we receive the request, we will send the customer the return shipping label.

The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund based on the shipping method chosen:

  • InPost: €4

  • Bartolini (BRT): €6

Conditions for returning contact lenses

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Contact lenses can only be returned if the packaging is perfectly sealed.

  • Product exchange is free only if the lenses have manufacturing defects.

Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 48 business hours of receipt and verification of the return at our warehouse.

The refunded amount will be calculated net of shipping costs and return costs, where applicable.

Order cancellation

You can request to cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

In this case:

  • no penalty will be applied;

  • The refund will be processed within 2 working days.
