Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by following the conditions below.
Return Form
For proper processing, you must fill out the return form and include it inside the package.
The form (pdf) can be downloaded from the link HERE.
Timeframe for return requests

In case of a damaged or defective product, the customer must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

For any other reason, the return request must be made within 14 days of order shipment.
Requests received after the indicated deadlines may not be accepted.
Return Label
Once the request is received, we will send the customer the shipping label for the return.
The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund based on the chosen shipping method:

InPost: €4
-
Bartolini (BRT): €6
Conditions for contact lens returns
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Contact lenses can only be returned if the packaging is perfectly sealed.

Product exchange is free only if the lenses have manufacturing defects.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 48 business hours of receipt and verification of the return at our warehouse.
The refunded amount will be calculated net of shipping costs, return costs where applicable, and a handling fee of €2 for each product returned, which will be deducted from the total refund.
Order Cancellation
You can request an order cancellation as long as it has not yet been shipped.
In this case:

no penalty will be applied;

the refund will be issued within 2 business days.
